Why isn't the treasure chest icon disappearing from the map in the latter half of the third Palace, even though I already opened it?

In some areas in the latter half of the third Palace, the same map is used for different floors.
Therefore, if treasure chests are placed in the same location on multiple floors, the icon will not disappear until you've opened the treasure chests on all those floors.
