When you select “Install” under Settings > Game Resources > Repair Game, a confirmation window will appear asking whether you want to install the third-party components.

The third-party component refers to Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.
If it is required, it must be installed before you can start playing the game.
If it is not needed, selecting the option will not initiate the installation.
