I want to start the game over from the beginning.

If your guest account was removed after linking your account, you can start a new game by creating a new guest account.
From the title screen, tap the "User" icon in the top right corner and select "Switch".
In the User Center, tap the (∨) and select "New Account" to create a new guest account.
