What are the system requirements? - Persona5: The Phantom X
If your device meets the system requirements but the game still won't run properly, please try the following steps in order:
■Basic Troubleshooting
・Restart the game and your device.
- Close P5X completely before relaunching it.
- If that doesn't work, try restarting your smartphone/tablet as well.
・Check your network connection.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi/mobile network connection is stable.
- If you're using Wi-Fi, try restarting your router. If your Wi-Fi signal is weak, try changing your network connection.
- If you're using 4G/5G, make sure your provider isn't throttling your network speed.
■OS and App Updates
・Update your OS.
- Make sure your device's OS (iOS/Android) is currently up to date.
*OS updates may affect the operation of other apps, so please proceed at your own risk. For more instructions, please contact your respective manufacturer.
・Update the App
- Please update the app if the latest version is available on the App Store or Google Play Store.
■App Data/Storage Issues
・Make sure your device has enough free storage space.
- P5X requires sufficient storage space on your device.
- If your device doesn't have enough storage space, the app may not launch or may become unstable.
・Clear the App's Cache (Android)
- If you are using an Android device, please try clearing the cache by going to [Settings] → [Apps] → [Persona5: The Phantom X].
*Clearing the cache may improve performance.
*The steps on how to delete the cache may vary depending on your device model and OS version. If you are not sure how to proceed, please contact your device manufacturer's customer support.
・Change the App's Installation Location (Android)
- If your device has a microSD inserted, please check where the app is installed at.
*If the app is installed on the microSD card, please move it to your device's internal storage.
■What to do if the game won't launch:
・Turn down the graphics settings.
Turning down the graphics may help improve the performance.
Steps:
1.)Launch the app, then select [Settings] on the right side of the title screen.
2.)Under the [Graphics] tab, either set the graphics to [Low] or manually adjust the settings into something similar.
・Verify the game data.
Corrupted game files can be automatically repaired.
Steps:
・Select [Updates] on the right side of the title screen.
・Select [Confirm] to begin the process.
